After check-in while waiting to board, we met a couple from Wyomissing who were going to Los Angeles, small world.
No trouble boarding, lot of fun trying to put all our clothes away, but the cabin has two closets and shelves.
The ship interior is smaller than the Princess Liners we’ve been on, the cabins about the same size.
Our dinner companions are two gentlemen, who are traveling around the world for the second time. They are from the Isle of Wight and are very personable and will make excellent dinner companions. Ice cream was cookies and cream.
The celebration of the three Cunard Queens leaving New York was spectacular with music and fireworks over the Status of Liberty.
We made it an early night since it had been a full day.
