March 2nd, Sunday

Still at sea heading towards Borneo. The sailing is very calm going and it’s warm. No big events during the day, but we had to turn back the clocks another hour, I’m getting really confused about what time it is back home. I know it’s yesterday and I think it’s about 10 hours later than we are. Well the tv in the room gives us times in various spots of the world so I can always rely on that.

Afternoon recital was poetry with piano accompaniment (boring)! We read and Chris napped. It was a formal night and after dinner the entertainment choices were singers in the Queens Room or a slight of hand magician in the theater. I went to the theater and was amazed at the tricks this guy did. In one trick he took a piece of tissue paper, shaped it into a per rose, suspended the rose in mid air and then after lighting it with a match, it turned into a real rose. He did all of this while video projected close ups on a large screen. The was only one of many tricks. He’s on again tomorrow night.
